To save time and arrive familiar with Marion Eye Center, we offer therequired information and paperwork, we provide a list of items required at your visits and downloadable forms for completion prior to arrival.
Directions to Our Office
Thank you for your interest in Marion Eye Center. We’re conveniently located on State Route 423, directly across from the Southland Mall. Office hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We look forward to your visit.
Access Your Chart
Marion Eye Center hosts electronic medical records, allowing you to access your health information from home. Each time your visit is completed and your chart signed off, notes and records from your visit become available instantly online. To esatblish access, you will need to call our office for account registration.
Chart Access Instructions
Pay Your Bill
We contract with Trizetto to offer online and mobile solutions for bill payment. Paymets are processed in real time and post to your account within 3 days.
